It's any demand placed on your brain or physical body. This can lead to Chronic stress. This eventually affects your health, which then causes symptoms like skin rashes, chest pain, loss of sleep, and headaches to heart palpitations, high blood, and pressure. Some people feel “stressed” when multiple tasks or demands are placed on them. this then triggers you and makes you feel frustrated and nervous.

Anxiety on the other hand is when you get a feeling of fear, worry, or unease. When you sit there thinking to yourself again and again ... general anxiety is a normal reaction to stress. But telling the difference between normal anxiety and a condition like social anxiety disorder or obsessive-compulsive disorder can be tough. Its important to learn the difference if this is eventually affecting your lifestyle or if its affecting someone you know.

Depression is that feeling of not feeling anything. Persistently being sad, anxious and "empty" mood. Being pessimistic, including Feelings of guilt, worthlessness and helplessness. Losing interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities. Feeling "slowed down"Decreased energy or fatigue. It is said that both are caused by a part by a malfunction of brain chemistry. Its proven that Anxiety & Depression tend to go hand in hand. Both are considered to be soft of like fraternal twins of mood disorders.

But you're dealing with anything like this you shouldn't just deal with it. According to Ancient Chinese Medicine, it describes an energy force called Qi that regulates the body’s overall health. Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe. Acupuncture has been used to promote well-being and treat psychical or mental illnesses. In Oriental Medicine, health is believed to result from the free flow of energy. Illness can result when this energy, known as Qi, is blocked along pathways in the body.

It is the insertion of thin needles at various points on the body that can restore the smooth flow of Qi. Each needle half a millimeter away from a nerve is known to be inserted by acupuncturists and it usually depends on where the needles are placed. It's proven that acupuncture causes the nervous system to stimulate the body’s ability to naturally heal itself. Also, to induce painkilling chemicals, or invigorate the part of the brain that manages emotions. Thats where anxiety comes in. This all results in that Acupuncture can help people feel more balanced.
